Hospital at home : a new model in the digital age ?
Homecare is well established in Switzerland, but the idea of extending it to inpatient care is gradually emerging in our country, thanks to technological advances and a model that has already been tried and tested internationally.
At this 12th edition of Digital Health Connect, we explore how the hospital at home can transform patient care by taking advantage of digital solutions.
Join us for a half-day of inspiring discussions!
This exceptional conference will bring together healthcare players, researchers, entrepreneurs and political decision-makers to discuss the opportunities, challenges and implementation of the hospital at home in the digital age.
Our speakers will provide an insight into the issues raised by this theme:
What can we learn from international experience of hospital at home?
How does technology make homecare easier?
What are the clinical, logistical and organisational challenges ?
Who is adopting this model in Switzerland, and what framework conditions need to be considered?
