After beginning her professional career in the field of international relations, Florelle joined the Id\u00e9eSport Foundation, active in health promotion in Switzerland, in 2020. Since then, she has been involved at the national, regional, and even local levels, working on programs that use movement as a means to bring people together and strengthen their personal resources \u2014 promoting health, creating opportunities, and embracing the diversity of our society.<\/p>

An internal organizational transformation, involving the implementation of shared governance and the restructuring of teams into circles of expertise, has allowed her to play an active role not only in the management and development of programs but also in reinforcing and embodying the values of the Foundation.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
