Claudia G\u00fcnzel, Director of Spitex H\u00f6fe since November 2020, has over 20 years' experience in nursing and home care.<\/p>

Before assuming her current role, she was a team leader at Spitex Zurich Limmat, where she managed a specialised care team dedicated to patients with dementia. Her work focused on family support and public awareness, with expertise in healthcare project management, including the introduction of the Buurtzorg model, a Dutch-inspired approach emphasizing team autonomy in patient care.<\/p>
