Pendant onze ans, il a dirig\u00e9 le groupe de Vital-IT et Swiss-Prot \u00e0 l\u2019Institut suisse de bioinformatique SIB. Il y a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes de diagnostic pr\u00e9natal non invasif, la d\u00e9couverte pr\u00e9coce de biomarqueurs dans le diab\u00e8te, les n\u00e9o-antig\u00e8nes, l\u2019immunologie syst\u00e9mique dans la biologie du cancer, la biologie int\u00e9grative et les approches prot\u00e9og\u00e9nomiques.
